Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Comfortable with multitasking and working in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment
