Our SVP of Fund Management is responsible for monitoring, managing, and reporting all fund activity for our portfolio of real estate investments. The main responsibilities include asset monitoring, financial analysis, client interactions, risk assessment, and reporting.

After one year as our SVPof Fund Management, you will know you were successful if you…
- Manage, develop and guide the Fund Management team.
- Review of quarterly reports including but not limited to; project and fund-level summary reports, model projections, drafting financial statements, investor narratives, and calculating investor yield on a quarterly basis.
- Coordinate with Asset Management and Syndications to plan for upcoming capital calls, bridge draw requests, manage cash position, and prepare reconciliations.
- Work with external parties that include but are not limited to investors, partnership accountants, and other entity partners.
- Coordinate with senior leadership on future portfolio revenue recognition.
- Review Limited Partnership Agreements and create and review active, post-closing models.
- Review lower-tier partnership and fund tax returns and audits.
- Assist fund auditors during preliminary and year-end fieldwork.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, accounting or finance is preferred.
- A minimum of eight years of relevant work experience in real estate investments and public accounting experience is a plus.
- Previous work experience in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program or Affordable Housing industry.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong customer service skills in interactions with investors, lenders, and developer partners in a financial services environment.
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and a high proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Overtime hours are expected during certain months of the year.
