Mendelia is a Y Combinator-backed healthcare AI company building automation infrastructure for healthcare operations. We help specialty practices streamline complex administrative workflows like prior authorizations, benefits verification, and patient assistance program enrollment.

Healthcare providers today spend enormous amounts of time navigating payer portals, gathering documentation, and managing repetitive administrative tasks that delay patient care. Mendelia combines AI with deep healthcare workflow integrations to automate these processes end-to-end — helping clinics operate more efficiently while improving patient access to treatment.

We work closely with specialty practices across the United States, particularly in high-volume and operationally complex specialties like ophthalmology and orthopedic surgery. Our platform integrates with EHR systems and payer workflows to reduce manual work, improve visibility into authorization status, and help staff focus on patients instead of paperwork.
