Job Description

Manager, Research Charge Analysis

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Manager, Research Charge Analysis in Clinical Research Finance. We're looking for dynamic research professional eager to showcase leadership skills and make a meaningful impact in research billing and compliance.

This position is a fully remote role with no on-site time, consistent with the overall unit. An individual may request for a hybrid option to allow some travel to campus.

Role Overview:

· Oversee research billing review in Epic to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

· Manage a team of Research Charge Analysts, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and operations management.

· Lead compliance efforts through auditing, training, and staying updated on regulatory changes, mitigating risks in research billing operations.

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize research billing review.

Key Qualifications:

· 2-4 years experience in charge review, clinical trials, research billing, revenue cycle management, hospital and physician billing, Medicare coverage analysis, and/or Epic.

· Management experience preferred

· Deep understanding of clinical research protocols, budgets, contracts, and Medicare coverage analysis.

Additional Information:

· Location: Remote

· Schedule: Monday through Friday

· Reporting to the Associate Director, Revenue Management

Pay Range: $109,300.00 - $174,800.00.
