Under direct supervision, responsible for servicing and managing relationships with an assigned book of business.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned book of business (new and existing zero accounts).
Support and work with all service managers and specialists for assigned accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with the defined customer base to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Respond to escalated issues that may arise; seek additional support from management as needed.
Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization’s product/service strategies.
Manage pricing and service-related activities.
Perform product cross-referencing activities.
Create and run monthly/quarterly reports.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree.
At least 1 year of account management or sales experience.
Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
Experience identifying, connecting with, building consensus, and closing new business.
Ability to present multiple product lines.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$22.00 - $30.75 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
