Diese Position ist für unsere Schwestergesellschaft Medialine Communications zu besetzen.

Aufgaben

  • technische Beratung und Unterstützung: Du bist der technische Experte in der Presales-Phase und unterstützt den Vertrieb bei der Erarbeitung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen für unsere Kunden
  • Projektunterstützung: Von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Lösungskonzeption bis hin zur technischen Präsentation und Angebotslegung begleitest Du unsere Kundenprojekte
  • Produktdemonstrationen: Durchführung von Produktdemonstrationen und Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) bei Kunden vor Ort oder remote
  • technische Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Präsentationen
  • Marktbeobachtung: aktive Beobachtung und Analyse von Marktentwicklungen sowie technologischen Trends im Bereich SD-WAN

Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung: mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Projekten im Bereich SD-WAN und Netzwerktechnologien sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur
  • Fachkenntnisse: tiefgehende Kenntnisse von SD-WAN-Technologien und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis der Technologien von Rechenzentren und LAN/WAN-Netzwerken
  • Herstellerkenntnisse: idealerweise Erfahrung mit Produkten des Herstellers Cisco, Huawei oder ähnlichen Herstellern
  • technische Fähigkeiten: ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Netzwerkplanung, -konfiguration und -optimierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke: ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Teamfähigkeit: hohe Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in cross-funktionalen Teams zu arbeiten
  • Sprachkenntnisse: sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
