We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Supervisor to join Masan Consumer. The role will be responsible for implementing and controlling the activities of Sales Representatives, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and developing sales representatives to enhance their daily work efficiency.
Requirements
- Implementing and controlling the activities of Sales Representatives in designated Supermarket Chains
- Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and growth rates and of distribution, display, and inventory levels
- Developing Sales Representatives to enhance their daily work efficiency
- Providing the best service to customers in the designated area
- Monitoring and updating daily sales targets of sales representatives
- Proposing opening, closing, or terminating sales channels
- Calculating and managing key indicators related to the profitability of sales channels
- Placing orders and tracking the progress of goods
- Training distributors and sales representatives
- Managing damaged or expired products from the distributor's warehouse to the retail outlet in the market
- Developing a schedule for visiting customers for sales representatives
- Managing the distributor's territory, developing a plan to cover new retail outlets
- Providing regular sales forecasts for the area in the month
