We are seeking a talented individual to join our Darwin Implementation team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Delivering on complex client enterprise projects for a wide range of global clients.
• Consulting with Clients to gather benefit and system requirements for documentation.
• Managing project plans and risk & issues logs in line with methodology, manage scope and Change Control.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders the project status, delivery dates and project risks in a professional manner.
• Delegate tasks and hold team members accountable for their work assignments.
• Preparing system functional specifications
• Managing testing of new and existing functionality to defined specifications/requirements and supporting clients in this activity.

What you need to have:

• BS/BA in related areas.
• Proven work experience (2 years) in Consulting, Project management, or in a comparable position, with demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
• Experience implementing an Enterprise software product.
• Be passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees.
• Be articulate, as strong written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients at all levels both in English and Spanish is vital.
• Have a strong can-do attitude and be very goal-focused.
• Excellent organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple projects and tasks.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Detail oriented to ensure accuracy and results focused.
• Strong consultancy skills.
