We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operation Center. This role will be based in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

部署概要：

マーシュジャパン 営業部門にかかわる保険料や手数料請求の内容確認・請求書発行・管理に関わるチームです。

We will count on you to:

あなたに期待すること

顧客に対する保険料や手数料の請求書発行、およびマーシュ社内（日本国内・海外）の手数料請求に関わる業務。具体的には以下業務を担当。

  • 社内システムを使用した、請求書発行業務の効率で正確な運用
  • 社内営業部門や業務管理部門との連携

また、チームリーダーとして以下のような管理業務を担当。

  • スタッフの勤怠・業務管理（現在の人員構成：契約社員１名、派遣社員２名）
  • グローバルやアジアリージョンの保険料・手数料請求チームとの連携

また、今後グローバルの請求入金管理システム（"FiduciarySystem-Navins"）を日本に導入するにあたり、海外および日本国内のプロジェクトリーダーや関係部署と連携し、実際の運用構築を担っていただく予定です。

  • 日本語・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション力（海外との連携あり）
