Data Center Engineer
We are seeking a Data Center Engineer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Data Center Engineer at Marsh, you will enhance operational efficiency by improving processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams, all while providing essential server support and managing project-related changes.
We will count on you to:
- Provide continuous management reporting on the status of issues and resolutions.
- Develop and identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
- Review and report on incident trending and top incidents for remediation.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences both orally and in writing.
- Monitor compliance with service management SLAs and provisioning SLAs.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical infrastructure operations/Cloud environment.
- 3-5 years of prior supervisory experience in a large cloud operations environment.
- Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of ticketing systems and monitoring.
- Advanced Level of English is a Must
