Consultant , Property Risk Consulting

We will count on you to:

  • Focus on doing research and providing analysis of client risk and needs to support managers in completing analysis.
  • Create simple presentations/slides and other communications to facilitate clients or other internal meetings.
  • Participate in development and delivery of effective written and oral communications which may include proposals, work plans, client service agreements, project pricing and technical concepts to facilitate documentation.
  • Attend and participate in client and internal meetings to support Senior Consultants.
  • Writes up concise notes from research or meetings attended to facilitate follow up action plan.
  • Conduct Property Risk Evaluation (PRE) surveys to collate property underwriting information, identify opportunities for improvements and prepare reports.
  • Provide property loss control advise to clients.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical science.
  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the Property Risk Engineering
  • Relevant experience in Loss Control Business, or similar risk consulting fields.
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Experience in any of the following industries is preferred but not required: semiconductor, heavy manufacturing, chemical, construction, ports and terminals, healthcare, etc.
