You’ll respond to inbound calls from our financial institution customers and insurance agents and make outbound calls or web verifications to insurance companies to confirm insurance information.
Essential Job Functions:
- Quickly analyze account history on a proprietary computer system and provide accurate information to assist in one-call resolution
- Perform insurance verifications via outbound calls and the internet
- Meet individual and team performance standards while maintaining good attendance and dependability
- Show courtesy and professionalism on all calls to ensure a positive customer experience
- Fully remote role
- Shift: Monday - Friday 12pm-9pm
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation with active listening skills and a high attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written skills
- Ability to solve routine problems using established procedures
- Ability to type a minimum of 25WPM
- Intermediate computer skills
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Prior experience with auto insurance or collateral protection insurance a plus

- Upload speed: minimum 1 Mbps
At Home Work Requirements:
- In home office must be a quiet, uninterrupted work environment during all working hours.
- Suitability of home office environment is subject to verification.
- Cable or DSL modem and router must be located near the PC for cabling purposes.
- PC must not be used by any other household member.
- No unapproved software will be installed on the PC without approval from SNC management.
