We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically-minded Consulting Admin to join our team. This is a critical, multi-faceted role that will serve as the hub for all post-entry customs adjustments, data management, and the development of internal and client-facing technology platforms.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain an internal platform to allow internal stakeholders to check the status of their customs adjustments and corrections.
- Oversee the day-to-day status changes of adjustments & corrections for the group of companies
- Provide the Consulting Manager with daily reports detailing outstanding amendments, rejects, and daily acceptances.
- Proactively file status requests with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) after the 90-day amendment deadline is not met.
- Ensure all adjustments and corrections are billed precisely and accurately.
- Achieve agreed upon targets in regards to reporting and deadlines
- Complete necessary administrative tasks and other duties as required to support the consulting team.
