The Senior Enterprise Account Manager owns and grows a portfolio of high-value US Government and commercial accounts. Your mission is to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR), ensure high renewal rates, and expand customer advocacy usage of Maltego solutions.
You will act as a trusted advisor to mission owners, procurement leaders, and users (in collaboration with Customer Success), ensuring customers realize value from Maltego, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and turning satisfied customers into advocates. This position is instrumental in maximizing account value, deepening client relationships, and ensuring alignment with Maltego’s strategic objectives in the region.
what to expect
- Own the renewal and expansion process across assigned US Federal and commercial accounts, partnering with Sales on strategic opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow NRR and customer value in line with Maltego’s US growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong multi-level relationships (executive, operational, and end-user) within government and enterprise organizations.
- Partner with Primes, Resellers, and Data Partners to expand footprint and drive new use-cases.
- Identify, scope, and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities across product modules and business units.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Product, and Enablement teams to ensure adoption milestones, customer satisfaction, and proactive engagement of at-risk accounts.
- Act as the voice of the customer—gather insights, share feedback with Product & Marketing, and contribute to Maltego’s US go-to-market and account strategy.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline metrics; participate in regular pipeline and strategy reviews.
- Represent Maltego at industry events and customer briefings; champion customer advocacy and reference generation.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of enterprise account management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
US citizenship (required) and ability to obtain security clearance (as needed)
Proven success driving renewals, expansions, and customer retention at enterprise or government scale
Experience supporting US Federal Government clients or agencies
Familiarity with OSINT, cyber investigations, or data-fusion technologies
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams in a global organization
Preferred Experience
Background in cybersecurity, intelligence, or data-analytics SaaS
Active or prior US Government security clearance
Established network within US Federal agencies and system integrators
Understanding of Federal procurement, FAR compliance, and budget cycles
