Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
- Experience or interest in legal-tech, SaaS, IT services, or enterprise software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence speaking with mid-to-senior level stakeholders
- Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in CRM usage
- Resilient mindset, you stay motivated and consistent even when facing rejection
- Comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining value clearly
- Curious and proactive, you go beyond scripts and ask smart questions
- Ambition to grow into an Account Executive or senior sales role
