Requirements
- Communication & teamwork skills
- Clear, goal-oriented coordination with internal and external stakeholders – in German and English
- In-depth knowledge of network technologies, routing & switching, as well as monitoring & troubleshooting
- Experience with IT service processes, ticketing systems, and monitoring tools
- Experience in 2nd level support and independent error analysis & troubleshooting
- Independent, structured work with strong problem-solving skills
