We are looking for a Director of AI Enablement to lead and manage the Growth Enablement Squad, responsible for building the infrastructure and integrations that make every marketing, sales, and partnership team hyper-effective. The successful candidate will architect AI-native workflows, drive experimentation velocity, scale winning patterns, and bridge the product gap.
Requirements
- At least 6-10+ years of experience across Growth, MarTech, or Product
- Understanding of the funnel and lifecycle, as well as 'API' and 'Architecture' fluently with engineers
- Previous operation in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Shipped an AI agent, an automation, or an AI-native workflow that is currently in production
- Run rigorous A/B testing programs and understand statistical significance, ICE prioritization, and how to design tests that yield clean, attributable data
- Comfortable with prompt engineering, AI agent frameworks, and the emerging MCP ecosystem
- Analytics fluency across product behavior data and marketing performance data
