Grants & Compliance Manager

The Grants & Compliance Manager will oversee grants and compliance activities under the Thabat World Bank–funded project, ensuring financial, programmatic, and operational activities are compliant with World Bank regulations and donor contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in grants management, compliance, or a related field, preferably with World Bank–funded projects
• Proven experience in managing Client Connect, Financial Reporting, STEP, and Bank’s Audit requirements
• Strong knowledge of World Bank regulations and donor contractual requirements
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with grant management software
• Fluency in English and knowledge of local languages (e.g., Amharic, Arabic, Swahili)
