Working in the Neuromodulation R&D group, our interns will get the opportunity to work on engineering aspects of medical devices that will become real products and help patients around the world. We will teach you the skills to be the best in any engineering industry, but we will only accept the very top talent looking to work hard, learn as much as they can, and be part of an organization that is improving medical technology.

Interns will gain valuable experience:

• Developing user interfaces that simplify complex physiological concepts that users of any skill level can readily interpret and provide proper treatment to patients

• Learning robust engineering design and methodology for software product development

• Establishing best practices and methodologies on how designs are documented and communicated

• Honing technical communication skills while interacting with cross-functional teams within product development

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a BA degree related to user interaction design (e.g. digital content management, instructional design, etc.)

• Highly competent written and spoken communication and critical-thinking skills

• Previous project experience (past internships, research, project teams, etc.)

• Demonstrable UI/UX portfolio of project experience and work products

Additional Information:

• Expected dates of internship: 5/27/24 - 8/2/24

• Pay: $28/hr
