United States onlyLithia & Driveway is seeking a Data Engineer to build and maintain the data foundation that supports analytics, reporting, and business decision-making. The Data Engineer will design, build, and migrate ETL/ELT processes using technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Snowflake.
Requirements
- Design and implement data ingestion and transformation processes
- Migrate existing on-premises SQL Server data processes to Azure-based solutions
- Integrate Azure Data Factory with Snowflake
- Develop, test, and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data pipelines
- Ensure data is created, structured, and maintained according to established standards and documentation requirements
- Build and configure end-to-end telemetry, alerting, and self-healing capabilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for data engineering projects
- Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with data standards
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Participate as part of a Tier-3 on-call rotation
