We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Application Specialist to join our team. We are responsible for working with the various forms that our clients want to submit to USCIS. This position is essential to ensure that our clients' forms are submitted to Immigration accurately and efficiently. If you have experience filling out immigration or similar forms and love providing excellent customer service, we want to meet you! Knowledge in immigration. Knowledge in VAWA, T-Visa, Naturalization, Family Petition, DS-260, DS-160, and Combo Card (I-765 + I-131) is a plus.Responsibilities:- Review and Organization: Review, organize, and verify all required information from our clients to ensure that the forms are as accurate and truthful as possible.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Contact clients to review and confirm all necessary information to complete the forms, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Clear and Organized Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of the information collected in the case notes.
- Quality and Accuracy: Manage high-quality work, paying meticulous attention to detail.
- Time Management: Effectively manage time to meet deadlines and ensure the quality of work.
- Analysis and Critical Thinking: Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking skills to solve problems and improve processes.
- · +3 months experience filling out immigration forms or experience in legal/immigration services
- · Prior "back-to-back" customer service experience.
- · Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
- · Assertive communication skills, both verbal and written.
- · Bilingual in Spanish (Native) and English (B2-C1).
- · Prior experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word).
- · Proactivity and organizational skills.
- · Experience with Filling out Forms in Form Software is a plus.
- · Great Analytical Skills and attention to details.
- Fully Remote Environment: Work from the comfort of your home.
- Unique Schedule: 2 PM to 11 PM Tuesday through Friday and Saturdays from 10 AM to 7 PM EDT, with a 1-hour break (Day Off Sunday and Monday)
- Payrate: $7.25/hr
