Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS, LegalTech, or enterprise technology sales
- Fluency in Spanish; professional English proficiency strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success engaging senior decision-makers in complex, consultative sales cycles
- Strong executive presence and confidence when communicating with sophisticated buyers
- Solid business acumen and the ability to quickly understand complex challenges and map them to solutions
- Competitive mindset paired with intellectual curiosity about law, technology, and AI
- Ability to translate technical or AI-driven concepts into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences
- Experience using modern sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Interest in improving your craft by leveraging AI tools in your daily workflow
