As an Executive Assistant supporting our company’s co-founders, Khwan and Simon, in both their professional and private lives, your mission is to provide seamless, efficient, and proactive administrative support that enables our co-founders to focus on high-leverage tasks. You will expertly manage communication channels, coordinate schedules, and oversee essential logistical tasks. You are driven by a passion for clear communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence and you will uphold the company's core values.

responsibilities

  • Manage communication across Slack, email, and messaging platforms for Khwan and Simon
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as booking flights, planning travel, coordinating venues, purchasing items, and running personal errands as requested by the CEOs
  • Own calendar management for both business and personal schedules for Khwan and Simon
  • Keep tasks organized and moving forward, ensuring follow-through and completion
  • Gain a deep understanding of the company’s business operations to help you work more effectively
  • Provide general administrative support to other team members, when necessary
  • Track expenses and monitor business and personal accounts, preparing simple monthly summaries
  • Provide general support to the team and assist with ad hoc requests
  • Help plan Khwan and Simon’s weekly schedules to ensure they prioritize high-leverage activities for the company

requirements

  • Fluent in English (required) and a native Thai speaker (required), with impeccable communication and strong writing skills
  • Based in Chiang Mai (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-level executive assistance
  • Experience working in a tech or startup environment; prior experience at a technology company is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven proficiency and confidence in remote work environments
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion

  • Based in Chiang Mai (preferred), or able to travel to Chiang Mai within a 1–2 hour flight

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, ChatGPT, and other emerging AI technologies
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently without constant direction
  • A quick learner, adaptable and receptive to feedback
