Our mission is to power biology's century with radically faster, more reliable clinical trials. We're looking for an exceptional VP Clinical Operations to lead our UK & EU Clinical Operations team, responsible for our portfolio of trials and scaling our UK & EU operations. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience across various therapeutic areas and phases, with a focus on technology and AI-enabled trials.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience working in clinical trials
  • Experience beyond working solely in a large CRO
  • Wide variety of different trials during your career to date
  • Experience overseeing and running clinical trials in both the UK and European countries
  • Deep understanding of MHRA/EMA trial regulations and requirements
  • Experience of implementing trials outside of the UK & EU
  • Grown high-performing teams before
  • Worked with innovative trial technology
  • High agency and a bias for action
  • Passionate and curious about our mission
