Position Summary

We are now looking to scale the platform both in terms of the volume of games that we are going to produce and also the distribution of the platform globally.

We are on the lookout for a Technical Project Manager for our product team. This is a technical management role, which will be a crucial part in maintaining the productivity and organisation of the product team and the products.

Key responsibilities

  • Run daily operations for the product team by aligning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of features and epics.
  • Manage work in Jira, organizing tasks, breaking down epics into phases, and keeping the board clear and actionable.
  • Improve team workflows by spotting inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions to boost productivity.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders (own team, other teams, stakeholders), keeping them informed and managing expectations through regular updates.
  • Handle technical incidents by analyzing issues (e.g., API errors, network requests, console logs) to prioritize tasks and minimize team disruptions.
  • Act as the team’s shield, filtering communications to keep the team focused while fostering collaboration across diverse personalities and communication styles.
  • Oversee documentation, creating and reviewing clear, concise internal and client-facing materials using tools like Confluence.
  • Build effective communication channels to ensure smooth collaboration between the team and stakeholders.
  • Support and advocate for the team, mentoring members, resolving conflicts, and aligning work with business priorities.
  • Track project success through metrics like delivery timelines and stakeholder satisfaction to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Align with the Head of Development to ensure the team’s roadmap is up to date and up to expectations.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with task management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday) to organize and track project work.

  • Expertise in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence) for creating and reviewing clear, user-friendly materials.

  • Experience with Kanban or similar agile methodologies to manage workflows.

  • Ability to perform technical analysis, including reading network requests and console logs to troubleshoot issues.

  • Familiarity with API platforms (e.g., Postman) for testing and validating integrations.

  • Working knowledge of Git for version control (e.g., branching, merging).

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities, from assertive stakeholders to calm developers, ensuring smooth team dynamics.

  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, with excellent written and spoken English.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and managing priorities independently.

  • Eagerness to learn business logic and dive into technical and functional analysis.

  • Comfort asking questions when needed, paired with confidence to take full responsibility for tasks and align with leadership’s priorities.

  • Enthusiasm for working in a small, collaborative team, fostering a positive and cooperative environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Basic coding experience (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, React) to better understand development workflows.

  • Experience translating technical jargon to business terms

  • Experience in iGaming

  • Experience with a multicultural environment
