Liftoff is a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform for the mobile app economy. We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to drive new logo acquisition for the Liftoff Demand team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value opportunities with some of the largest brands across both gaming and non-gaming verticals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or programmatic sales with demonstrated experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (preferably mid-market to enterprise); strong preference for candidates with a background in mobile app advertising.
- A well-established network of decision-makers at top brands and agencies, with a proven ability to open doors and drive revenue.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders.
- A strategic and consultative sales approach grounded in data, with a focus on building long-term, value-driven partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem and the confidence to serve as a subject matter expert on Liftoff’s solutions.
- Highly self-motivated and resourceful, capable of operating independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Relentlessly driven and professionally persistent - able to overcome objections, navigate complex sales cycles, and turn a “no” into a “yes”.
