BioPharma Workflow Solutions Architect - REMOTE

Responsibilities:

• Research and mastery of key industry scientific methods and techniques in the support of strategic commercial initiatives
• Hands on experience at BioPharma Accounts in predevelopment and development of modalities such as complex antibodies, viral vectors/Gene Therapies, mRNA, Cell Therapies, etc.
• This individual should have a strong understanding of the developmental processes for the modalities above including cell line development, Upstream Downstream PD plus a strong understanding of the analytical lab ecosystem.
• Develop a strong understanding of the LSIG Operating Companies (Life Science, IDBS, Leica Microsystems, Molecular Devices, Phenomenex, Sciex) and use select innovations as key differentiators in said workflows.
• May lead functional and / or cross- functional teams or projects to build tools, resources, and collateral to support workflow development and deployment.
• Have strong commercial skills while maintaining the ability to partner with the Key Accounts to maximize value and efficiencies by understanding the customers specific processes

Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record of success in the BioPharma market with minimum 2 years' experience working in this sector.
• PhD in life sciences, Masters degree in life sciences with 2+ years experience, or bachelors degree in life sciences with 6+ years experience. Field-based application scientist experience a plus
• Strong analytical skills: able to interpret data and use to identify opportunity.
• Analytical and fact-based, but able to draw on knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and SFDC
• Willing to travel (domestic and international) 20-40%.
