Requirements
- Design, implement and maintain robust analytics solutions across the business
- Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, data quality and consistency
- Provide actionable insights that empower all departments to make data-driven decisions
- Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to present complex data to stakeholders
- Embedding Looker or integrating BI outputs into other applications
- Partner with our data engineering team to architect robust schemas for downstream BI tools
- Research cutting edge application of analytics in the healthcare domain
- Maintain internal tools
- Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation
- Proven ability to deliver comprehensive and detailed analytical reports
- Strong leadership and management skills
