We're looking for a Website Manager to own the roadmap and performance of lemlist.com and claap.com, and turn both into high-impact acquisition and brand engines. The role involves continuously improving the web experience across UX, messaging, design, and conversion.
Requirements
- Define and execute the website roadmap for lemlist.com and claap.com.
- Manage day-to-day updates, launches, improvements, and QA.
- Own the CMS (Storyblok): clean structure, reusable components, and smooth delivery.
- Build the workflow for localization: AI translation → native review → CMS integration.
- Run ongoing experiments across homepage, pricing, and product pages.
- Identify friction and opportunities using analytics, heatmaps, and user behavior.
- Propose improvements in UX, messaging, structure, and speed.
- Ideate and implement conversion levers (interactive demos, pop-ups, layout variants).
- Build new pages directly in the CMS using components.
- Translate design into clean, performant CMS builds.
- Challenge copy, visuals, and storytelling to improve clarity and relevance.
- Ensure consistent brand experience across all pages.
- Work with PMM, Growth, Design, and Engineering to keep the roadmap aligned and ship key projects
- Communicate priorities, timelines, and major updates across teams.
