We're hiring our first post-sales leader to work with Claap's co-founder & CRO on strategic accounts, leading AI transformation projects, and codifying the post-sales playbook from scratch. This role involves strategic account management, enterprise change management, and AI consulting. As a founding-team member, you'll have real ownership and be part of shaping a function and team that doesn't exist yet.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS post-sales (KAM, Strategic CSM, Senior AE, or SE)
- Hands-on experience with at least one agentic AI platform
- Fluent English AND French
- Based in France
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
