Position Title: Offensive Cyber Program Coordinator Sector: National Security | Joint Operations | CJADC2 Cyber Integration Location: Remote Clearance Level: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility

The Opportunity

Leidos’ National Security Sector is on the hunt for a mission-driven professional with a powerhouse blend of data analysis, offensive cyber operations, and program coordination skills. If you're ready to shape the next generation of cyber-enabled Joint targeting and fires capabilities, this remote role places you in the center of cutting-edge DoD innovation.

Your expertise will guide the development and delivery of the Joint Advanced Fires Qualification Course (JAFQC) — a transformative training effort within the Combined Joint All-Domain C2 (CJADC2) paradigm. Spearheaded by the Joint Staff J6 Joint Fires Integration Division (JFID), this program pushes the envelope on globally integrated, all-domain command and control.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze cyber offensive data within CJADC2 operational context
  • Build and optimize pipelines for multi-source data ingestion
  • Evaluate threat intelligence, identify vulnerabilities, and translate insights into strategy
  • Craft visualizations and metrics to measure mission success
  • Guide planning teams on how to apply cyber analysis to joint fires operations
  • Provide strategic input to the Joint Fire Support Executive Steering Committee
  • Coordinate briefings, meetings, reports, and presentation materials
  • Monitor and advise on emerging offensive techniques and threat vectors
  • Document methods for scalable, repeatable analytic processes
  • Integrate cyber capabilities into CJADC2 architecture

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor’s in relevant field (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Data Science AND 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in cyber-focused data analysis. Additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Deep familiarity with CJADC2 operational models and concepts
  • Command of offensive cyber tools, techniques, and procedures
  • Skill in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong grasp of networks, operating systems, and cybersecurity principles
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated success in program coordination or project support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, or similar offensive frameworks
  • Certifications: OSCP, CEH, CISSP
  • PMP or equivalent project management credential

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00

Leidos' story begins in 1969 when Dr. J. Robert Beyster, a visionary scientist, founded Science Applications Incorporated (SAI) in La Jolla, San Diego, California. Leidos, as the legal successor to the original SAIC, inherited its pre-2013 stock price and corporate filing history and established its new headquarters in Reston, Virginia. This strategic move allowed Leidos to sharpen its focus on national security, health, and engineering solutions. Another major milestone occurred in August 2016 when Leidos merged with Lockheed Martin's Information Systems & Global Solutions (IS&GS) business, a landmark transaction that created the defense industry's largest IT services provider and significantly expanded Leidos' capabilities and market share.
