The National Security Sector has an opening for an experienced HCL Domino Software Developer/Server Administrator to support a US Navy contracted program. The program maintains Leidos designed and developed web applications (on Leidos and Govt servers). The candidate will need to use their excellent application design, application development, data analysis, technical analysis, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provides support (via telework) for Essential Job Functions:
  • Maintain HCL Domino web applications
  • Use the Leidos’ tasking/status, currently the JIRA Suite set of tools.
  • Works with functional analysts and developers to understand and integrate business functionality.
  • Will need to multi-tasking, be very detail-oriented, and accustomed to working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Test all applications and any required interfaces due to required modifications.
  • Maintain all source code and turn over all source code to the Technical Point of Contact. The Contractor shall ensure the maintained code conforms to the tech refresh development standards.
  • Document all maintained programming components
  • Perform integrated testing
  • Execute validation program against conversion data.
  • Send error reports and supporting documentation to user to gain their input as to how to correct documented errors and find solutions to correct data errors.
  • Submit completed data files for final validation check and then load to production environment.
  • Perform post-conversion reconciliation to ensure that data was properly converted.
  • Provide Standards, Data base designs, requirements statements, functional descriptions, system specifications, system flows, program specifications, system test plans/results, integrated test plans/results, implementation instructions and release procedures.
  • Documentation will be required before source code/ test execution/ database development, unless stated otherwise in the specific tasking.

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent related field with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience with software technologies. Additional directly related experience may offset the degree requirements.

-Active DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.

-Required Credentials: Information Assurance DOD 8570.01-M certification of IAM Level 1 (CAP/GSLC/Security + CE) (Active enrollment and participation in the certification maintenance program must be established)

-Candidate shall be experienced with the following tools and technologies:

  • Development within HCL Domino 9 and HCL Domino 11
  • Server Administration of HCL Domino Server (version 9 and 11)
  • Excellent web application development skills and understanding of best practice and performance optimization techniques.
  • IBM Domino Application Development certification / Administration Certification
  • Technically experienced with the SQL, PLSQL, ODP.NET, Windows Server Operating System 2016 and 2019, WinSCP and .NET programming languages

-Ability to work in a small, virtual dynamic team liaising with a broad cross section of business users located globally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Secret Security clearance
  • It is desired that the individual have an understanding of best commercial practices in information technology and have proven successful analytical ability with high visibility programs and the ability to assist with solution requirements.
  • Knowledge of DoD Logistics is a plus.

Preferred experience with the following tools and technologies:

  • JavaScript and/or jQuery experience
  • ASP.NET
  • Visual Basic .NET
  • Model View Controller models
  • C#
  • Visual Studio 2012/2015 experience
  • TOAD for Oracle Database Tool
  • Xpages experience
  • Java middleware development skills preferable
  • Strong JavaScript skills including Dojo, Ext.nd and Dojomino. Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS and Node.js preferable.
  • Power BI

Pay Range:

Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
