Your Role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of Retviews' innovative solutions. You’ll work in an agile environment alongside a multidisciplinary team, leveraging your expertise to develop and implement automated testing strategies that guarantee seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective test strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for frontend and backend.
• Leverage test automation tools to ensure thorough test coverage and robust system reliability.
• Monitor, identify, and resolve defects across the product lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in test automation frameworks and testing processes.
• Support production releases with thorough validation and proactive testing methodologies.
• Mentor team members on best practices for testing and automation.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing or development, with expertise in automated testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript and/or Java/Kotlin for test automation.
• Basic SQL experience for data manipulation.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including API and system testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab and Jenkins.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
