Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in instructional design, learning technologies, education, communication, or a closely related field
  • Extensive experience interpreting, applying, and ensuring training compliance with safety policies and other relevant regulatory standards
  • Subject matter expertise in complex instructional design and training automation, leveraging technology and adult learning theory to create effective instructor-led, web-based, simulation-based, and on-the-job training
