Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow forms, fields, lists, and reports.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.
• Conduct ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow development and implementations.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
• Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
• ServiceNow Developer certification (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST API.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Automation.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting best practices.
• Previous experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITIL modules.
