Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the SLED market segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and networking with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and promote additional AV solutions.
- Solution Consultation:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their AV requirements, objectives, and budget constraints.
- Conduct needs assessments, site surveys, and product demonstrations to propose tailored AV solutions that meet client expectations.
- Present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients and negotiate terms to secure contracts and close sales.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to AV solutions in the SLED sector.
- Analyze sales data, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a CRM database with accurate and up-to-date client information, interactions, and sales activities.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 1+ years of proven sales experience in the AV industry, preferably selling to the SLED market segment.
- Strong understanding of AV technologies, solutions, and applications, including audio systems, video conferencing, digital signage, and control systems.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building profitable client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
