The Lovlan Group requires a Remote Course Coordinator.
Founded in 2004, Lovlan Group provides individually-tailored language training on a one-on-one or small group basis to busy people who need language skills for business, family, and travel needs.
About the role:
This is a remote position (work from home), reporting directly to our headquarters in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of English, strong organizational and communication skills, and solid experience coordinating administrative or client-focused tasks in a dynamic environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of language courses — from the moment they are confirmed by the Sales team until completion — by liaising with clients, teachers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize courses once confirmed by the Sales team, including scheduling, assigning trainers, and arranging logistics.
- Understand and research each client’s needs and learning goals to ensure the best course setup.
- Collaborate with the Teachers Department and Academic Advisors to select the most suitable trainer.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and trainers to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Gather and manage client feedback in line with company policies.
- Generate additional sales through re-bookings and referrals, building lasting relationships with clients.
- Stay informed about company products and new course offerings; proactively suggest suitable options to clients.
- Coordinate efficiently with the Sales, Teachers, and Accounts teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Contribute ideas for sales, marketing, and customer service improvements and participate in company projects.
- Conduct quarterly client motivation research and suggest new product or service ideas.
- Collect feedback for marketing purposes.
- Provide daily reports to management on course progress and client activity.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written English, plus at least one additional language (German, Portuguese, or French preferred).
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze information and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in customer service or coordination roles.
- University degree (completed or in progress).
- At least 12 months of administrative experience.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt.
- Collaborative team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Experience in an educational or language training environment.
- Experience working in an international, multicultural team.
- Working hours: USA/Canada East, Central, or Pacific (Monday to Friday).7.5 working hours per day + 1-hour break.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Paid leave: 31 days per year.
- Compensation: USD 1,000/month + rebooking bonus + performance bonus.
