Senior Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to champion and reinforce our culture, mission, purpose, and values across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations roles
• Fluency in Workday, ADP, JIRA and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in establishing, implementing, and enforcing company policies
• Strong relationship building and networking skills
• Experience in the technology industry
• Start-up and / or remote environment experience
