About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Splunk Engineer with strong full-stack development capabilities, particularly in React and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will combine deep Splunk expertise with modern web development skills to create sophisticated data visualization solutions and enhance our monitoring capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience with Splunk Enterprise, including:
• Advanced SPL query development and optimization.
• Deep understanding of data models and accelerations.
• Expertise in macros, aliases, and lookup table management.
• Experience with distributed Splunk architectures.
• Proficiency in tstats and other performance optimization techniques.
• 3+ years of modern web development experience:

· Strong proficiency in React.js.

· Advanced JavaScript skills.

• Experience with state management and reactive programming.
• Familiarity with modern build tools and development workflows.
• Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities to explain complex technical concepts.
• Experience in technical projects and mentoring team members.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

• Splunk Certified Architect or equivalent certifications.
• Proficiency in utilizing Splunk's APIs and development frameworks.
• Knowledge of Python for Splunk custom command development.
• Background in IT operations, security, or analytics.
• Contributions to open-source projects or Splunk community.
