About the Role
We're looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join a project supporting a LATAM-based client. You'll own the automation, deployment, and release management processes across Salesforce environments, working directly with Spanish-speaking developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
This is a fully remote role. You'll need to be available during LATAM business hours.
What You'll Do
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps. Own the environment strategy across sandboxes, scratch orgs, and production. Drive version control best practices using Git and Salesforce DX, and manage release cycles across multiple orgs.
Build and maintain automated deployment and testing pipelines covering Apex and UI tests. Monitor deployments, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve the release process.
Support development teams with metadata deployments, packaging strategies, and environment management. Ensure everything aligns with Salesforce governance and best practices.
Implement and administer Salesforce-specific DevOps tooling such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or AutoRABIT. Experience with at least one of these is expected, and broader exposure is a plus.
Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, solution architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders, communicating day-to-day in both Spanish and English.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps or Salesforce development, with a preference for 5+ years. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance. Comfortable with automation scripting in Python, Bash, or similar.
Solid understanding of Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) so you can work effectively alongside developers and understand what's being built and deployed. Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Metadata API, and Salesforce packaging.
Fluent Spanish, spoken and written. Professional-level English.
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Administrator, or DevOps Engineer. Experience with large enterprise Salesforce implementations, multi-org deployment strategies, or security and compliance within DevOps workflows.
