The Role

As a Sales Recruiter at Koality, youll combine sales drive with recruitment expertise. Your role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and closing top tech talentwhile earning high commissions for every successful hire.

Youll run the full recruitment cycle with the freedom to shape your approach, backed by a forward-thinking global team.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the Recruitment Process: Manage everything from job posting to candidate onboarding.

  • Talent Scouting: Proactively search, connect, and engage with top candidates worldwide.

  • Work Closely with Hiring Managers: Align hiring strategies with business goals.

  • Build a Pipeline: Ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

  • Represent the Brand: Be a Koality ambassador and promote our values.

  • Negotiate & Close: Seal deals that benefit both Koality and candidates.

What Were Looking For

  • Recruitment Experience: 3+ years in tech recruitment with a proven record of success.

  • Sales Mindset: Motivated by targets, results, and commission earnings.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable in the tech space and able to identify strong talent.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong people and relationship-building skills.

  • Independent & Driven: Self-starter who thrives in a remote, performance-based role.

  • Languages: Fluency in English (German is a plus).
