- Prepares full-cycle semi-monthly payroll and ad-hoc payroll for 200+ US employees in 20+ states.
- Manages timely and accurate payroll processes for new hires, transfers, leave of absence, promotions, and terminations, as well as garnishments, PTO, benefits, and taxes.
- Maintains ADP Time & Attendance.
- Generates and audits payroll reports for payroll and ad-hoc requests.
- Assists with financial audit, 401(k) audit, and workers’ comp audit.
- Responds to employee payroll inquiries, including but not limited to pay details, tax withholdings, PTO, garnishment, and 401(k).
- Strong knowledge of federal/state payroll withholdings and proper taxation of employer benefits.
- Assists in the preparation and distribution of year-end W-2s to employees
- 2 years processing US payroll
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
- ADP Celergo (preferred)
- Sales Comp Calculation Experience (nice to have)
- Proficiency in Excel required (ie. Sumif, if statements, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH formulas).
