United States onlyWe are looking for a Mid to Senior NetSuite Administrator to join Planet Labs’ a dynamic G&A Systems team. This role is critical in supporting the company’s ongoing transformation as it expands into a manufacturing and satellite-as-a-service business, requiring extensive NetSuite customization, integration, and optimization.
The ideal candidate is a plug-and-play administrator who can quickly understand existing workflows, manage daily operations, and drive improvements with minimal supervision. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain (Space Systems), and HR, ensuring NetSuite remains reliable and aligned with evolving business needs.

System Administration & Support
- Manage day-to-day administration of the NetSuite ERP system, including user roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and saved searches.
- Provide internal user support and troubleshoot issues across Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and HR teams.
- Maintain uptime and performance, ensuring seamless daily operations across global teams.
· Customization & Enhancement
- Configure, update, and optimize existing workflows and approval chains.
- Develop and deploy custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches for various departments.
- Lead system documentation efforts—establish and maintain work papers, process maps, and configuration records.
· Integration & Technical Operations
- Support and maintain integrations between NetSuite and key business systems, including:
- Salesforce, BambooHR, Coupa, and MuleSoft (for custom integrations).
- Work primarily with SuiteScript, with familiarity in SuiteFlow for automations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to implement and test configuration or scripting changes.
· Process Improvement & Projects
- Partner with stakeholders to identify system gaps and opportunities for process optimization.
- Participate in expansion projects for new modules such as Supply & Demand Planning, WIP, and Work Orders.
- Support upcoming system redesign initiatives as Planet Labs transitions its ERP to better align with manufacturing operations.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator (ERP management and configuration).
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (Financials, Inventory, and Supply Chain).
- Experience with SuiteScript or SuiteFlow for workflow automation and scripting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle integrations (especially MuleSoft, Salesforce, Coupa, and BambooHR).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a distributed environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience in manufacturing, SaaS, or ERP transformation environments.
- Prior involvement in system documentation and process standardization.
- NetSuite Certification (Administrator or ERP Consultant) is a strong plus.
