United States onlyCompany is an independent digital experience agency delivering end-to-end solutions across ecommerce platforms, marketing systems, channels and technical architecture. We’re growing fast and expanding our team in the Philippines. This is a senior delivery role and the first of its kind in the region. You’ll play a key part in shaping delivery operations and keeping projects moving smoothly from strategy to execution. You won’t manage team members directly, but you’ll oversee how work gets delivered across internal specialists and developers. You’ll work closely with our AU-based account team to plan, coordinate and follow through on delivery outcomes. This is a hands-on role that requires structure, initiative and strong communication.

What you’ll do ● Own day-to-day task tracking and resourcing across multiple active client projects ● Translate scopes and briefs into delivery plans using Monday.com and Jira ● Coordinate with the AU account team to ensure clear handovers and task priorities ● Track delivery timelines, task progress, and dependencies ● Flag blockers and capacity issues early and suggest solutions ● Run internal team check-ins across delivery specialists and developers ● Provide progress updates to internal teams and clients when required ● Ensure QA steps, reviews and documentation are properly followed ● Support onboarding and help foster a collaborative, accountable culture in the PH-based team
What you’ll bring ● 8+ years experience in digital project management or production operations www.ribbongang.com ● Proven track record managing cross-functional delivery in agency or tech environments ● Clear, calm communication and structured thinking ● Ability to handle multiple projects, clients and platforms simultaneously ● Working knowledge of Monday.com, Jira, Slack and Google Workspace ● Experience across delivery areas including ecommerce, design, dev, email, SEO and paid media ● Ownership mindset and a proactive approach to delivery and problem-solving ● Confidence to collaborate across time zones and speak up when something needs attention This is a senior role with clear impact.
