The organization is looking for a dynamic Product Manager to oversee the development and implementation of its blockchain products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and stakeholders, you will drive the product roadmap and deliver innovative solutions. Fluency in English and either Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese is essential for effective communication with our distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle for our blockchain solutions, from ideation to deployment.

• Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives.

• Ensure successful product launches and execute product roadmaps within defined timelines and milestones.

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and enhance existing products.

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs and market trends.

• Translate product requirements into actionable user stories, technical specifications, and design guidelines.

• Provide valuable technical guidance and oversight to software engineers for the successful delivery of features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.

• Proven track record of at least 5 years as a Product Manager, preferably in the blockchain industry or a related field.

• Prior experience in managing the full product lifecycle is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and project management skills, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Experience managing the development of blockchain solutions or decentralized applications (DApps) is highly advantageous.

• Technical background with a deep understanding of software engineering principles, processes, and methodologies.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for innovation and taking ownership of projects.

• Strong proficiency in English and either Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with distributed teams.
