Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of progressive Executive Assistant experience, including direct support of senior leaders or C-level executives
- Proven experience coordinating complex, multi-leg travel in a fast-moving environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess urgency and prioritize effectively
- Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive-level audiences
