Chief of Product Development & Supply Chain

We are looking

for a strategic and hands-on Chief of Product Development & Supply Chain to lead the creation and delivery of physical products that transform health and wellness. You’ll drive end-to-end product development while optimizing global supply chain operations to support our rapid international growth.

Get ready to

• Build and lead the physical product roadmap aligned with Kilo Health’s strategic goals
  
• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors to uncover new product opportunities
  
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners globally
  
• Oversee product design, prototyping, testing, compliance, and go-to-market strategies
  
• Optimize supply chain operations for cost-efficiency, speed, and sustainability
  
• Scale logistics and production capabilities for new international market launches
  
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams
  
• Own and improve KPIs across product performance, margin, supply chain efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  

We expect you to

• Have proven experience in product development and supply chain leadership in wellness, tech, or consumer goods
  
• Demonstrate success launching physical products in international markets
  
• Bring a strong global network of manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics partners
  
• Possess deep knowledge of product lifecycle, compliance, quality, and risk management
  
• Combine strategic vision with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset
  
• Show leadership experience in scaling high-performing teams
  
• Excel in communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
  
• Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 7000 - 8500 EUR/month.

Location

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
