We are looking for a new member for the People & Transformation Team! :) Someone proactive, curious and enthusiastic. A Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about people, communication, and technology. Someone eager to learn about IT recruitment in a consulting environment, willing to bring fresh ideas, and motivated to contribute to making Keyrus a great place to work!

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within Data, Analytics, and Digital environments.

What will your day-to-day be like?

At Keyrus, every day is a new opportunity to innovate and overcome challenges. You will be involved in:

  • Support IT talent sourcing through different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and networking).

  • Assist in reviewing CVs and conducting initial pre-screening calls.

  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Help maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.

  • Support the recruitment process of documentation and follow-up to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with the team to understand role requirements and project needs.

  • Support recruitment reporting and basic market research related to hiring trends and talent availability.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate communications.

  • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition process.

  • Take an active role in promoting and strengthening our organizational culture by bringing fresh ideas, supporting internal initiatives, and helping execute actions that enhance both candidate and employee engagement.

Do you have what we are looking for?

We are excited to meet you if:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related fields.

  • Availability to complete an internship agreement (“Convenio Universidad–Empresa”).

  • Interest in technology, data, and digital environments.

  • Good communication skills (oral and written).

  • Advanced English level (written and spoken).

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

  • High level of organization, proactivity, and eagerness to learn.

  • Curiosity, creativity, and agile mindset to adapt to evolving challenges.

  • Previous academic projects or internship experience related to recruitment or talent management.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms.
