Your tasks - this is what awaits you in detail
- You are responsible for the commercial and technical support of our Chinese merchants
- You implement ideas from our merchants into new features
- You are responsible for the optimization of the merchant performance based on our KPIs
- You work closely with other functions e.g., Marketplace Controlling
- You identify and plan deal offers
Profil
Your profile - this is what we expect from you
- You have a university degree focusing on economics
- You gained experience in account management, customer support or inside sales (B2C or B2B) ideally in the e-commerce sector
- You possess a wealth of ideas and distinct communication skills
- You are strong in conceptual thinking and have a very good numerical understanding
- You are characterized by your proactive attitude, a strong team spirit and you have the desire to improve and to evolve processes
- You are a native Chinese speaker with strong English skills. Proficiency in German is a plus.
