Justrite Safety Group, a leader in industrial safety products, seeks a Digital Sales Development Representative with a knack for technology and a passion for sales. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment, leveraging both digital sales techniques and cutting-edge sales enablement tools to drive customer acquisition and growth. Reporting to the E-commerce Sales & Services Supervisor, this position is perfect for individuals eager to dive into technology platforms and harness their potential for maximizing sales and enhancing customer engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales through proactive outreach via phone, email, and social media, leveraging technology to identify and engage potential leads effectively.
- Demonstrate a willingness and ability to quickly learn and master various sales enablement and CRM tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Apollo, and others, to optimize sales processes and lead management.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements, utilizing technology to tailor solutions and enhance the sales experience.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand and utilize digital tools for lead generation and nurturing, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
- Utilize analytical skills to assess sales data and performance, making informed decisions to improve strategies and outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring communication is clear and objectives are aligned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in sales development, with a strong desire to integrate digital technology into sales practices.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology quickly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales enablement tools; direct experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to navigate sales challenges and opportunities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting, while also being an effective team player.
